Your new practice home

Xero Partner Hub is your centralised workspace, with everything under a single navigation. 

That means Clients, Insights, Tax, Payroll, Report templates and Ask, and if you use Xero Practice Management tools, then Jobs, Time and Billing are there too.

Let’s look at your new homepage.

Instead of opening client files one by one to find out what needs attention, the homepage does that triage for you. A set of widgets surfaces what’s most important so you can see it all at a glance.

What the widgets show you

Organisations

Your organisation watchlist is a shortcut to the clients whose books you have worked on recently or those you come back to most pinned on the homepage so you jump straight in without needing to go through each organisation on your client list. You can now set up favourite organisations for those you need to access regularly too.

Bank feed alerts

If a client’s bank feed is disrupted, you’ll see it from the homepage before you’ve opened a single client file. Previously, a disconnected feed was typically discovered mid-reconciliation — already a problem by the time it surfaced. Now it’s visible proactively, so you don’t waste time.

Bank reconciliation overview — coming soon

A live view of reconciliation status across your client base: which clients reconciliation needs attention. Rolling out soon, this widget will change how practices start the compliance cycle.

Quick actions

A customisable shortcut widget for the tasks your team reaches for most. Add the actions that matter, like creating a client or staff member, and even links to external tools, so the work is one click away rather than several menus deep. It’s a shift from a dashboard you look at to a homepage you actually work from.

Jobs

If you’re using Practice Management you’ll see a live pipeline right on the homepage – overdue work, due-soon work and workload risk, which you can filter right there for a quick snapshot or jump into Job Manager to drill into the detail. 

Time summary and billable hours

See your productivity and billable hours compared to target without leaving the homepage with these Practice Management tools. Clearer figures and percentages give you an at-a-glance read on how your time is tracking and you can click straight into your timesheet or enter time.

Practice Management is available free for Silver partners and above, or as a paid upgrade with Xero Partner Hub plus Practice Management.

Works the way you do

You decide what gets surfaced – show, hide and reorder the widgets to create the optimal view for how your practice operates.

JAX is here for partners

JAX is now available in beta right on the Xero Partner Hub homepage. Before a client meeting, ask JAX to pull together a summary of their financials, previous meeting notes, or get financial insights across your Xero client base for up to 500 orgs, in seconds. JAX chat is in beta today, with more capabilities on the way.

What’s coming

The navigation and homepage deliver the foundation of Xero Partner Hub. What comes next is about making the full picture visible – across every client, in real time – so your practice runs on insight rather than admin.

We’re working toward a more connected experience: from the moment you log in to the moment the work is done, with less hunting, less switching, and more capacity for the conversations that actually move the needle for your clients.
